LAUREN PERRY
Lauren Perry, also known as @XXX on social media, is a Disability Activist and Content Creator who believes accessibility helps everybody. Shortly after becoming disabled, Lauren quickly learnt there is no ‘guide to life’. She decided to share her own experiences on social media, creating accessible and inclusive guides aimed at helping people navigate the world and access support available to them. Across all platforms, she is honest in the content she shares and reflects the challenges each day can bring as a disabled and chronically ill person.
Despite being told by her university that there was no need for a disability group, Lauren’s hope for a community didn’t stop and she has gone on to create 'A Little Poorly Brighton'.
Lauren is committed to bringing people together and offering a safe, accessible space for everybody.
