We are a support group aimed at empowering and connecting the disabled and chronically ill community. We are committed to being a safe, welcoming environment for all. Carers, friends and family are always welcome to join. 

All our meet-ups are held in accessible locations suitable for wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility. We also provide a zoom alternative with a live transcript and closed captions.
